I suffer with various types of anxiety. I am with 3 children ... are 9, 7 and 1 Recently, they began with separation anxiety really bad. When my children go and stay with their grandparents, although my husband and my daughter, I ended up staying at home until 4 hours, do not need something clean, too clean. I fall asleep and wake up again at seven to find that I have to grind their teeth for 3 hours until I touch my teeth hurt. I also had a problem with social anxiety, as my daughter was born.
